Wednesday tapping with Nebraska Brewing Co. @ Bricktop

Tomorrow (Wednesday, April 21st) will be a special mid-week meet the brewer/tapping party with Nebraska Brewing Company. Fresh off their recent medal at the World Cup of Beer, Paul is bringing down a special keg of Apricot Saison brewed with peppercorns.

From the NBC website: "A Saison (Say-Sahn) is a Belgian Farmhouse Summer Beer. Farmhouse referring to the simple fact that very small "farmhouse" breweries typically made these beers. Lighter in alcohol, ours is 6.5% (not exactly light but that’s just us!) and golden to orange in color. Unfiltered. Ours is spiced with both Apricot puree and Black Pepper. The taste is light, refreshing and nicely fruited to start. Medium mouthfeel. After taking a drink, the black pepper dries the palate and creates a nice tingling sensation on the tongue."

This will be a very special treat, so come on down to meet the guys and support Nebraska beer. We will get things started at 5.
