Wednesday will be a fun bottle release. We have Haandbryggeriet 'Wild Thing' from Norway, which is funky, odd, and delicious all at the same time. Brewers description "Norwegian ale with cranberries and currants added. The Haand brewers - four guys making beer in their spare time, on an absurdly small scale - specialize in recreating old Norwegian farm beers. Here’s one made with a variety of different grains, and some typical fruits from the region, handpicked by the brewers. It is fermented by airborne wild yeast, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Wild Thing, you make everything...groovy."
Friday we will tap something amazing, and extremely rare. 1000 IBU by Mikkeller. The hoppiest beer ever created, this double IPA (an understatement) is oh so delicious. More details to come.
