Celtic Angel & Japanese Classic ale tapping @ Bricktop

We have a very cool double tapping party lined up this Friday that nobody should miss.

First up to bat from the Belgian brewery Achilles is Serafijn 'Celtic Angel'. An Irish ale brewed with Begian yeast. Here is a quick history of this one "This cross-cultural brew was first made at the request of an Irish musical group and was named 'Celtic Heaven,' but soon became a permanent part of the Serafijn lineup. Similar to a light Irish ale, but with the intriguing addition of a spicy, almost perfumed aroma that comes not from spices but from a special Belgian yeast."

Secondly we have an awesome one from the Kiuchi brewery in Japan called Hitachino Nest Japanese Classic Ale. An English IPA, here is the lowdown "Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale is brewed following the original India Pale Ale brought to Japan in the 19th century . It is slowly matured in Cedar casks which are commonly used in the brewing of traditional Japanese sake."

We have plenty of new stuff on draft if you have not made it in lately, so see you there!
