I am going to the GABF this year for the third time, but this time I really want to focus on what to cover for the blog. I plan on speaking with the Nebraska breweries there, Lucky Bucket and Nebraska Brewing Company, and reporting their results. I also plan on tasting Lucky Bucket's Collaborative Evil and reporting on it, but what else?
Should I establish a hashtag for the event for twitter so you guys can follow that? I don't plan on any brewery tours but you never know.
I am up for any suggestions you may have. I am only attending the Saturday afternoon session. If you are going, let me know and maybe we can hook up. I plan on spending down time at Falling Rock Taphouse.

I'd really like to see you cover some of the famous beer that we can't get here in Nebraska, such as Russian River, 3 Floyds, Founders, Dogfish Head and Oskar Blues. I've written to all of those begging them to distribute here, maybe meeting a beer enthusiast from here in person will help. Love the blog, keep it up!
I suggest you have a good time and just mill around meeting new peeps and talking with the brewers. Friday night is turning into a party, rather than a beer coniseurs delight. Have fun!!
Oh, and if you have a digital video camera or your regular digital point and shoot camera does a nice job, I would suggest taking some video, and or interviewing a few people.
I will see what I can do guys. Hitting those breweries will be a rough job but someone has to do it. I will try and get video and will take plenty of pics I hope. It appears we are hitting the Tasty Weasel Sat. night. That is the bar/tasting room for Oskar Blues and should be fun.

There are some excellent bloggers out there who are just beginning to wake up to all of the breweries and all of the work we have going on in this great State.
