Kölsch night at Huber Haus

From their facebook page.

We are going to bring a little bit of Köln (Cologne), Germany to the Huber Haus when we tap 2 kegs of Reissdorf Kölsch bier for our very first Kölsch Night complete with proper glassware and a traditional bier köbes ! The Huber Haus' regular Wednesday night bartender, Chris Bettini, recently brought back from Köln a traditional Kölsch Beer Hall waiter (or köbes) uniform that he will sporting that night to add to the atmosphere!

Come in and try the famous beer of Köln! Kölsch is a clear beer with a bright straw-yellow hue, and it has a prominent, but not extreme, hoppiness. It is less bitter than the standard German pale lager. Furthermore, Kölsch is warm fermented with ale yeast and then cold-conditioned, or lagered. This manner of fermentation links Kölsch with some other beer styles of central northern Europe, such as the Altbiers of Düsseldorf, Germany and beers from the Netherlands.

I'll be there. Even though it's a little chilly for Kölsch.
