This Friday (July 29th) at Jake's Lincoln will be an awesome meet the brewer/tapping party for a very special beer made by our friends at Nebraska Brewing Company, just up the street in Papillion. Many are familiar with their great barrel aging program that quickly made them darlings of the specialty craft beer community. Referred to as the Reserve Series, we are very lucky to get our hands on a keg of Chardonnay French Oak Melange A Trois.
From the breweries website "Our first beer in the Reserve Series, Melange A Trois begins with a wonderfully big Strong Belgian-Style Blonde Ale and moves into the extraordinary category through an additional 6 month French Oak Chardonnay Wine Barrel maturation. The essence of Chardonnay permeates while a subtle sweetness remains from the Ale itself. Oak tannins combine to create a fascinating mesh of dry, sweet, and wine-like character. One of our favorites!"
We could not be more excited to offer this delicious nectar, the party gets started at 4pm!
