The time has come, our first collaborative beer is set to be released this Saturday at Nebraska Brewing Company. As you recall, Nick and I brewed a beer with Tyson a few weeks back and it is ready to be served.
We are so excited to try this beer and share it with you. So here are the details.

Nick and I should be there most of the time to talk about the beer, the blog, or whatever else you want to talk about. I know that Tyson will be there early on as well. This was a fun beer to come up with and a fun beer to make. I would love to give you descriptors on what it smells and tastes like but I will be surprised right along with you on Saturday.
The beer is called Violet Tendencies. It is a hibiscus, rose hips, french saison. We are predicting it to be very dry and light with some acidic fruit qualities from the hibiscus and a terrific aroma from the rose hips. We already know that it is purplish in color, so if you have never drank a purple beer, or a least a good purple beer, now is your chance.
We are very excited to share this beer with you and give you another reason to get you out to your local brewpub. Come help make this a great success and kick off this series with a bang.
