Vilshofen Pils
When the people of Plzen, Czech Republic decided their local beer needed an improvement they called upon Joseph Groll, a brewer from Vilshofen, Bavaria, and in 1842 he would brew what became the most popular beer style in the world.
It has since taken on numerous variations since its inception and Upstream’s brewers are happy to bring you their take on a classic German Pilsner. Imported German Magnum and Hallertau hops balance the smooth malt sweetness of this brilliant golden beer, delivering a delicate flavor that can only be described as exquisite.

Saguaro Southwest Witbier
The northeastern portion of the Sonora desert, is home to the giant saguaro cactus (pronounced sah-wah-roh). This cactus has become the symbol of the southwest, and it is the most massive cactus in the United States. Creamy white flowers with golden pollen centers are carried at the ends of the branches.
Upstreams Southwest Wit is a beer that gets it inspiration from the flavors of the southwestern United States. The southwest wit beer starts off like most of our other Belgian inspired wheat beers we do that are made with 50% wheat & 50% malted barley but instead of dried sweet orange zest and coriander we use dried lime and lemon zest and cumin to give it a distinct southwestern taste and aroma while garnished with a lime wedge to complete this delicate citrusy smooth beer.
