JAKE'S LINCOLN: This Thursday (6/28) at 6:00 pm, Jake's Lincoln will be hosting our second live feed brewery tour with North Coast Brewing Company.  Televised through the Jake's big screen TVs will be a live interactive tour of the North Coast brewing facilities along with question and answers hosted by President and Brewmaster Mark Ruedrich.

Truly an event no craft beer lover should miss, we will have five North Coast beers on draft including the 2010 release of Old Rasputin XI Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout.

North Coast lineup with brewery descriptions-

Old Rasputin XI (11.5%ABV Russian Imperial Stout): "A special small batch Old Rasputin that’s been aged for 9 months in some 12 year-old bourbon barrels. The depth, intensity and complexity of the flavor profile make it a worthy tribute to this fine beer."

Old Rasputin *Nitro Tap* (9.0 % ABV Russian Imperial Stout): "It's a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish."

Red Seal (5.5% ABV American Pale Ale):  "Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal Ale is generously hopped in the traditional manner for a long, spicy finish."

Scrimshaw (4.4% ABV German Pilsner): "Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition from Munich and Klages malts, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish."

PranQster (7.6% ABV Belgian Style Golden Ale): "Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers' art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish."
