We're hosting a chili cook-off during Nebraska's bye week on Saturday October 13th. This event will take place from noon to 4pm.
All the prep and tasting will run from noon to 3p and the winner will be announced by 4pm. *Prepare your chili ahead of time, please. You can warm warm it up at the brewery. Thanks.
Everyone that enters will receive two free beers. Paul will hand out your beer tickets at the brewery on Saturday. Anyone coming to the brewery/Tasting Room that is not entering a chili will receivefree samples of all chili.
The winner of the cook off will receive a free case of our beer. The runner up will receive a free 6-pack. Judging will be done by Paul in the Tasting Room, and all customers at the brewery not entered into contest.
Rules:
All chili must use one of our beers in the recipe. Chili must be cooked/prepared ahead of time. Other than that there are no other rules for the chili. : )
Please bring your own set up equipment. We'll have sample bowls and spoons for everyone.
