Nebraska Brewing now carrying all Nebraska made packaged beers

This is from Paul at Nebraska Brewing Company today.  If you have some news you want to share with the world you can always email us a write up and in almost all cases we will get it posted up for you.

I happened to be walking past my Dad’s pickup (pickups always play an important role here in Nebraska) and he has the “Support Your Local Brewery” bumper sticker proudly displayed in his back window.  It hit me then that it was so obvious – we should be selling other Nebraska-made beers in the brewpub on the one hand to support our brothers-in-beer and on the other hand, to expose our guests to the spectrum of tastes and culture that is the rest of the brewing scene here in our State.

So we got right to it and since we don’t have any available taps, set out to carry every packaged beer that the other Nebraska brewers market.  And if the past 2 weeks are any indication, sales are going to do well in this area.

These beers, coupled with our own 14-ish beers brings our total Nebraska-brands to 34 Nebraska-made beers in one location.  I’ve scratched my brain cell and can’t think of anyone – tap house or bottle shop in the entire State who can match an offering of pure Nebraska beers that is this deep.

We now offer the following bottles and cans:

Lucky Bucket Pre-Prohibition Lager
Lucky Bucket IPA
Lucky Bucket Wheat
(we’ll have Certified Evil later this week)

Blue Blood ESB
Blue Blood Ale
Blue Blood Wheat

Schilling Bridge 70 Shilling Scottish
Schilling Bridge Lemon Lime Lager
Schilling Bridge Duggan’s Wheat

Empyrean Ales Chaco Canyon Gold
Empyrean Ales Luna Sea ESB
Empyrean Ales Vanilla Porter
Empyrean Ales Third Stone Brown
Empyrean Ales Burning Skye Scottish
Empyrean Ales Watch Man IPA

Thunderhead Cornstalker Dark Wheat
Thunderhead Golden Frau
Thunderhead Crop Duster IPA (should be in stock this week)

Spilker Ales Hopluia

Cheers to Nebraska Brewers!
