Hop Cheese in Lincoln

That's right hop cheese!  The UNL Dairy Plant has experimented with Rhynalds Cascade Hops from Nebraska in a cheese mixture with other spices.  Here is small bit of a description from UNL.

We have used Rhynalds Cascade Hops in our signature Husker flagship cheese along with other complementary spices (orange peel and coriander to be precise) to create a truly unique product. We are proud to partner with local business and agriculture in this newest of our seasonal cheese offerings. As with seasonal offerings, reproduction is based on market demand and consumer response.
