First Course: Roasted Grape and Blue Cheese crostini - Thyme and Blue Cheese spread topped with roasted grapes served on a
crostini drizzled with honey.

Second Course: Tomato and Cucumber salad - Local tomato, cucumber, jalapños, snap peas. Drizzled with a soy vinaigrette topped with roasted sesame seeds
Paired with: Kolsch
Third Course: Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin- Medallions topped with Mushroom Demi, Roasted Tarragon Potatoes.
Paired with: IRA (India Red Ale)
Fourth Course: Flourless Chocolate Cake with a marshmallow drizzle
