Hey everyone,
Here is a linky to a new brewery that will soon be opening in Nebraska. The owners are Paul Kavulak, and his wife Kim Kavulak. The website looks very nice. They have four beers listed as house beers. I have had the chance to talk with Paul about this venture and he seems very prepared and motivated. I also understand that although Paul is an accomplished brewer in his own right, he has recently employed a local head brewer that has been around the block a few times.
I propose a road trip to Papillion once this new brew pub opens to fully test the products on hand.

Great news! I was wondering when someone was going to use the name "Nebraska Brewing Company." I sent them an e-mail asking if they were going to participate in the AHA pub discount program. If someone knows this information, it would be a great post.

Paul said they will be participating in the AHA pub discount program. However, details from the Brewer's Association will not be available until the opening.
