Beer dinner...
We have an exciting event coming up in September at Max and Joes. Empyrean’s head brewer Rich Chapin will be hosting a South of the Border style Beer Dinner on Monday Sept 21st starting at 7:00. Make your reservations by contacting Beertopia. Tickets are $25 a person. Don’t wait as we expect it to fill up fast. The menu includes Better World Wheat, a Belgian Style Ale, with Tortilla Roll-Ups, Lazlo’s Limited Harvest Ale with a Mexican Salad, Red Shadow Fallfest with Pork Carnitas and Fire Roasted Vegetables, and lastly Dark Side Vanilla Porter with Pecan Pie Bars.
Cask/Pint night (I'm excited to try out this one)...
The following night, Tuesday Sept. 22nd, at the Moon, we will be tapping a cask beer from Empyrean, Red Shadow FallFest for Pint Night. Also available for this Pint Night is Lazlo’s Limited Harvest Ale, a wet hopped ale with Nebraska grown hops. Mark your calendars for this one!
