Guinness Foreign Extra Stout is coming...
One of our readers has alerted me to the fact that Nebraska(and other States) will be getting Guinness Foreign Extra Stout in October sometime, so be sure to ask at your favorite establishment. Now a few of you may be saying, wait, I have had Guinness all over this state. That is true, but that is the weakest version that Guinness makes. This Guiness has an A- rating on Beer Advocate and comes in at 7.5% ABV. What also may be surprising is that this beer accounts for 40% of their sales worldwide and considering it has not been available in the states until now that is very impressive.
This is the widely regarded flagship of the Guinness line and will be great to get to try for the first time. If you have had it before let us know what your thoughts are on this beer. I know I look forward to comparing it.

I've had it on several occasions while traveling abroad. It is similar to the Extra Stout we get here, but with a little more depth and ABV.
