2015 Is A Big Year For Nebraska Breweries In The Winner's Circle (updated post)

Our local Nebraska breweries have been on a serious roll of winning medals in 2015.  It's a great time to be a craft beer drinker in the Cornhusker State.  Here is an *UPDATED* list of this year's award winners:

Blue Blood Brewing Company won a silver medal at the World Beer Championships for their Wine Barrel Fermented Saison with Brett from their Outlaw Series.

Zipline Brewing Company won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival with their Copper Alt.

Ord Nebraska's Scratchtown Brewing Company won a gold medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championships with their Black Eye American Imperial Porter.

Nebraska Brewing Company had a huge year, winning a gold medal at the Great American Beer festival with their Melange A` Trois Chardonnay Barrel aged Belgian-Style Blonde Ale, as well as a bronze medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championships with their Whiskey barrel aged Black Betty Imperial Stout.

Cheers to making some fantastic beers!
