Appetizer: A Seasonal Soup Main dish: Rouladen, a German classic, thinly pounded beef smeared with whole-grain mustard; rolled with bacon, onion, and pickles braised until tender covered in a Spaten beer sauce served with Blaukarut and a Pretzel Dumpling. Dessert: Bienenstich (Bee Sting Cake) Bee sting cake is a German dessert made of a sweet yeast dough with a baked-on topping of caramelized almonds with a delicious cream filling.
